Birmingham Storytellers Guild of the Community House
Meets each second Thursday of the month from September through June at the Community House at 380 Bates St., Birmingham. Detroit Assoc of Black Storytellers (DABS)
Meetings are held from 10-noon at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History on the 4th Saturday of each month from Sept.-June and no meeting in December. Detroit Story League
Meets the 3rd Saturday of every month except July (12:00-3:00) various locations in Greater Detroit Area. Since 1912 the DSL meets to tell stories, share resources. DSL sponsors Tellabration in November and a Children’s Concert in March.
